Sample 4 day Itinerary
Day 1: Punta Arenas – Patagonia Camp
Transfer from Punta Arenas to Patagonia Camp,
passing through Patagonian steppe, a wide-open, vast territory where it
is possible to view regional birds such as the Darwin’s Rhea and the
Upland Goose. Stop en route at Estancia El Palenque, where you may take
part in the preparation of a Magellanic lamb barbecue and learn about
Patagonia traditions and the activities of a typical Patagonian ranch.
Arrive at Patagonia Camp in the afternoon.
Lunch, Dinner included.
Day 2: Patagonia Camp
Following breakfast, begin your half day hike to
Salto del Toro, a beautiful waterfall which embodies the magic of
Patagonia nature. This hike provides an excellent introduction to Torres
del Paine. Following lunch, take an afternoon trek to Laguna Bonita.
This easy trail begins at the Patagonia Camp and continues along Laguna
Bonita. Its dark, calm waters provide an astonishing reflection of the
snow-capped peaks and beech forests surrounding Patagonia Camp. Dinner
and lodging at Patagonia Camp.

Day 3: Patagonia Camp
Following breakfast, this full day excursion to
Torres del Paine National Park will take you to the park’s main
attractions and lookout points. Here, you may view and photograph the
mountains and lakes which have made this park famous worldwide. The
excursion begins at the Mirador del Toro, a lookout point with a
spectacular view of Lake Toro and the Paine massif, and continues to the
Grey sector where you’ll cross a hanging bridge over the Pingo River to
reach Grey Beach. You’ll have the opportunity to view the electric blue
icebergs which have broken off Grey Glacier. From here you can see the
glacier in the distance, an enormous, 6km-wide wall of ice. Your
excursion continues to Salto Grande with a short trek to the Mirador
Cuernos, a lookout point with up-close and direct views of the Paine
Dinner and lodging at Patagonia Camp.

Day 4: Patagonia Camp – Punta Arenas
transfer to Punta Arenas and your Patagonia Camp adventure comes to a
close. This itinerary is a guide only as other excursions are available
at the Camp.

Patagonia Camp offers lakeside camping with views
of the famous Torres del Paine. Stay in a ‘yurt’, which offers a private
bathroom, heat, and a roof window that gives you a perfect view of the
stars. You’ll also enjoy deliciously healthy meals made from regional
food such as lamb, hake and fresh, local produce.
Torres del Paine National Park is just 15-minutes
away, and there's pristine wilderness all around you: take a kayak out
on the water, stroll to the nearby waterfall, or just wander along
wooden walkways through lenga forest to the salon lounge and dining

in rooms. Other room types and hotels are available. Rates are subject
to change and different rates may apply during holiday seasons and
special events. Children between 0 to 04 years old free of charge
