2. Promotion Type
This is a Game of Skill.
Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Each valid entry will be individually judged based on merit.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 10 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility
Entry is open to:
• Permanent residents or citizens of Australia
• Aged 18 years or over
• Able to travel internationally during the Prize validity period
The following are ineligible:
• Employees, directors or contractors of the Promoter
• Immediate family members of employees of the Promoter
• Employees of Sabi Sabi Collection and affiliated entities

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
1. Follow the official Eclipse Travel accounts on Instagram or Facebook;
2. Like the promotional post;
3. Comment on the promotional post indicating who they would take on safari; and
4. Complete and submit the official entry form via the link provided by the Promoter, including answering the 25-word skill-based question and providing required contact details.
All four steps must be completed for an entry to be valid.
The official entry form submission will constitute the entrant’s formal entry into the Promotion.
Incomplete entries or entries that do not complete all required steps will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is unique and submitted separately through the official entry form.
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or automated means are invalid.

6. Judging
This Promotion is a Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Only responses submitted via the official entry form will be judged.
Entries will be individually assessed by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on:
• Creativity
• Originality
• Emotional resonance
• Alignment with the spirit of an African safari experience
Judging will take place at the Promoter’s registered office on Wednesday 01 April 2026.
The entry deemed most meritorious will win.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
3 nights at Sandringham Private Game Reserve for two (2) adults sharing, including:
• Luxury accommodation
• Three meals daily
• Selected beverages
• Morning and evening open-vehicle safaris
• Walking safaris and sundowners
Excludes:
• Premium bar purchases
• Boutique items
• Spa treatments
• Transfers to and from Sandringham
• Sandringham Game Reserve Conservation Levy (currently R450 per person per night, subject to change)
AND
2 nights at The Claremont Boutique Hotel for two (2) adults sharing, including:
• Bed and breakfast only

8. Prize Conditions
• Total prize value is approximately AUD $11,000 (based on recommended retail value at time of publication).
• Prize validity: Travel must occur between 01 June 2026 and 31 March 2027, excluding the period 20 December 2026 through 05 January 2027.
• Bookings must be requested at least 60 days prior to intended travel date.
• Subject to availability.
• Blackout periods may apply.
• Prize is for accommodation only unless expressly stated.
• Any additional costs not expressly included in the Prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
• International flights are NOT included.
• Airport transfers are NOT included.
• Travel insurance is mandatory and at the winner’s expense.
• Visas, passports and travel documentation are the responsibility of the winner.
• The Conservation Levy payable directly to Sandringham is excluded.
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• No extensions beyond validity period will be granted.
• If the winner is unable to travel during validity, the prize is forfeited.
The Prize has been generously contributed by Sabi Sabi Collection. Sabi Sabi Collection is not the promoter of this Promotion.

9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via:
• Email and/or phone within 3 business days of judging.
The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-judge the entries.

10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
• The Promoter is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered in connection with the Prize.
• The Promoter makes no representation as to safety, conditions, or availability of international travel.
• The winner accepts the Prize at their own risk.
The Promoter is not liable for:
• Flight cancellations
• Government travel restrictions
• Force majeure events
• Changes in exchange rates
• Changes to inclusions or levies imposed by third parties
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the Promotion and may be used for marketing communications by Eclipse Travel.
Participants may opt out of marketing at any time.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram or Facebook).
Participants release Meta from any responsibility associated with this Promotion.

13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
• Verify entries
• Disqualify incomplete, offensive or fraudulent entries
• Modify or cancel the Promotion if circumstances arise beyond reasonable control
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunction, internet traffic congestion, or any combination thereof that may affect the receipt of entries.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
