Day 1: Arrival Day

Day 2: Reykjavík City Tour, Þingvellir National Park, and Local Tasting Experiences
Begin with a Reykjavík city tour, where expert guide bring the capital to life through engaging stories. Next, visit Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to witness the striking tectonic rift between the North American and Eurasian plates.
The journey continues with a geothermal tasting experience—enjoy freshly baked rye bread, cooked underground in the hot geothermal sands, and served warm with traditional Icelandic butter.
Spend the first two evenings at Hotel Geysir, located in the heart of the Geysir Geothermal Area. This premium accommodation offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and stunning natural surroundings. Guests will enjoy a specially curated dinner, showcasing Iceland’s finest culinary traditions.

Day 3: Golden Circle, Geysir, Gullfoss, and Culinary Experiences
Discover Iceland’s Golden Circle, beginning with the Geysir geothermal area, where Strokkur erupts every few minutes. Visit Gullfoss, a breathtaking waterfall cascading into a rugged canyon. Enjoy lunch at a local farm embracing the Slow Food philosophy before visiting Sólheimar, a sustainable community celebrating nature and creativity. Meet the charming Icelandic horse at a nearby farm and stop at a geothermal greenhouse to taste fresh, locally grown tomatoes. Return to Hotel Geysir for another elegant three-course dinner.

Day 4: South Coast Adventure, waterfalls and the Lava Show
Begin the South Coast adventure with a visit to Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where walking behind the cascading waters offers a unique perspective. Continue to Reynisfjara, the iconic black sand beach with striking basalt columns and dramatic waves. Next, experience the Lava Show in Vík, an exhilarating display of molten lava flowing in a safe and controlled setting. The journey concludes with stops at the majestic Skógafoss waterfall, famous for its thunderous cascade and vibrant rainbows, and the Skógar Museum, offering a glimpse into the region’s cultural and natural heritage.

Day 5: Reykjanes Peninsula and Silica Lagoon Hotel at the Blue Lagoon
Discover the rugged beauty of the Reykjanes Peninsula. Visit the fishing town of Grindavík, Brimketill lava pool, and Gunnuhver, Iceland’s largest mud pool, where steam and bubbling mud showcase the raw power of geothermal energy. Stop at Reykjanesviti lighthouse and cross the Bridge Between Continents, symbolizing the connection between tectonic plates.
After a day of exploration, it is time to say goodbye to the guide. The group then continues to the Silica Hotel, a serene retreat at the Blue Lagoon.
The hotel offers private access to the Silica Lagoon and premium passes to the main Blue Lagoon facilities. Guests can relax in modern, Scandinavian-inspired rooms with large windows offering views of the surrounding lava fields. In the afternoon, a science expert in geology and astronomy from the University of Iceland shares stories and insights, bringing the upcoming Solar Eclipse to life and offering a deeper understanding of this rare celestial event. Day 6: Solar Eclipse Day at Silica Hotel and Blue Lagoon
Unwind at the tranquil Silica Lagoon, a peaceful retreat within the Blue Lagoon, or explore the iconic Blue Lagoon facilities. Whether soaking in soothing geothermal waters or indulging in spa treatments, the focus is on relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy unlimited access to the lagoon, allowing plenty of time to experience its therapeutic benefits.
Special Solar Eclipse glasses will be provided, ensuring a safe and memorable viewing experience as the moon aligns with the sun. End the day with a delightful three-course dinner at the Silica Hotel, reflecting on the day’s unique experiences in a serene setting.

Day 7: Departure Day
Individual transfer by a private Taxi from your accommodation in Reykjavik to Keflavik airport.
